At Yummy Hair Extensions, we strive for complete satisfaction with your luxury hair purchase. If you are not entirely pleased, we offer returns or exchanges on unopened, unworn hair products within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure the security seal is intact and the hair has not been brushed, worn, or chemically treated, as we cannot accept altered products for hygiene reasons.

  Submit a Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 3.
  Package Your Return

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and attach the provided shipping label or address the package to our fulfillment center.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
